• Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
• Any customization, packaging, or processing initiated for your order is non-refundable once started.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to our official contact.

Refund After Cancellation:

• If a cancellation is accepted and processed, the refund (if any) will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
• All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
• Banking charges or payment gateway fees (if any) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
